34 mph now. Runs great, but I want more power! 
 Remove the side panels and front engine cover.  The exhaust pipe is removed, spark plug wire removed from plug. Remove cylinder head nuts, and cylinder head.    To remove the cylinder, you must first take off the fuel valve. The fuel in the tank will leak out when you remove the valve. 
 save the pieces! take your time. 11mm socket 
 Remove the carburator and take the top off to unhook the throttle cable from the throttle plate.  Remove the air filter housing. 
 loosen carburator pinch bolt remove airbox Carefull! no smoking by that gas 
 Slide the carb off the intake maifold   Remove fuel valve and slide cylinder head off the studs. You may need to jar it loose with a soft blow from a soft hammer. Don't forget to unhook the oil line on the intake manifold. 
 see that green oil line? don't break or forget it!   (or premix your ped) GENTLE! GENTLE! 
 Hold the petcock still while loosen/tightening 
         Don't spill your gas on the grass, or mom will have your you know what 
 Why are they called Jesus Clips? JESUS CHRIST I LOST ANOTHER ONE!! 
 Remove the circlips from the piston and carefully slide the wrist pin out.  Try not to lose the bearing. You are not working on a gravel driveway, or dirt floor, are you? 
 I'm a stud 
 Install the studs in the cylinder and bottom them out. A little oil is nice here.              More please          Home
